Custom File Format Scripting API Changes

This snapshot introduces some last-minute changes to the custom file format scripting API. It also brings a few more translation updates. This build is expected to be the same as Tiled 1.3.0 final.
The scripting API changes were made to allow scripts to read and write to arbitrary files, in either text or binary mode. This also enables custom formats to source information from multiple files or to export an asset to multiple files.
